To launch or drop an egg from the second floor without damaging the egg.
Submission Date: 19.05.15
Group Members; Abigail, Lukman
Procedures
We were told to think of the right questions that will get us far. Find issues that poses a problem in achieving our goal. Most importantly, come out with solutions to overcome these problem.
With each design comes a flaw, be it major or minor. The important thing is to reduce the chance of it occurring. With that set in mind we got to crack our shielded brains to be innovative and the same time creative-creating a unique and functional design.
Mr. Charles made it easier for us by asking us to assign role for each person in our group, the critic, the dreamer, the realist. With these roles each individual can concentrate in their given task, to do as assigned.
Group
My group consisted of Abigail, Lukman, and myself. Lukman being Malay, myself being Chinese, and Abigail being half Indian, truly it was SATU MALAYSIA. Malaysia truly asia.
Roles
Basically the name of the roles are self-explanatory but oh wells.
The Dreamer- To come out with fancy ideas that doesn't necessarily have to work.
The Realist- To make the dreamer's dream come true.
The Critic- To point out problems that ruins the project.
Sketches and Idea
to be written
Complication
I always believe that nothing is a waste of time, and that everything we do is a lesson to be learnt. More so for this project, I've learnt the hard way to pay full attention to instructions given because I honestly taught that this was a prototype and the presentation wasn't until the end of the month.
Thank goodness we still put in our best to make this "prototype" work despite the fact we weren't ready for this to be presented as we didn't bring our full required materials.
Innovation right? To use whatever available to us at the moment.
My dad always tell my brothers and I to do the best in everything we do. And this is something I will definitely keep in mind forever.
